I meet the ITR requirement. So, I had written to them for making my eterna card LTF. They outright denied the request stating eterna is a paid card and LTF isn't possible. This was like 6 months ago.

If someone else gets their LTF confirmed please share it here. As 2.5K for this card wouldn't be good in case they refuse LTF😅

You can always choose not to activate card until you get LTF confirmation

Even for card to card you have to enter annual income. You'll get the option of eterna only if you enter income more than 30l

When you entered 30l income, and it showed Eterna option - did it show chargeable or LTF there itself?
For me, when I applied for Bob Premier LTF - I submitted salary slips and much lower income than 30l - but paid Eterna option was there, alongside Premier LTF.
If you don't mind sharing, can you share limit of card you had uploaded statement of in income doc. Thanks in advance

If we don't activate card within 30 days, as per RBI rules card can be closed by issuer after seeking consent from customer. Also grace period of 7 days is given. So in 37 days, if card is not activated by customer, no fees and charges applicable to your card

Yes Bob does physical verification. For account holders, maybe not required as KYC data already exists in their records

I think bob charges joining fee at the end of one year.

I applied with icici card of 6 lakhs limit. Got limit of only 2 lakh in eterna maybe as I had not uploaded salary slips

I think bob is the only government bank where we can get C2C without salary slips. Sbi and Pnb don't allow it

Apply card to card and select your best other card with high limit
Enter income more than 30l
In income proof add pdf of other card front photo and its statement.
After you receive the card mail them on crm@bobfinancial.com and ask if your card is LTF
They will reply that its LTF.
It will work for new to bob customers, salaried employees and card to card only. They do both home and office verification.
Though after the devaluation its only good for unlimited domestic lounge access as they are even blocking payzapp wallet loads also

Hi, so Payzapp wallet loading using Eterna is not working completely? Or are you just referring wrt the cards of a few users who were blocked for a month for loading to payzapp wallet.

I think bob is the only government bank where we can get C2C without salary slips. Sbi and Pnb don't allow it

SBI offline you can process C2C, PNB and Federal are different stories altogether 😂

thats not entirely true, I loaded 40K this month via payzapp
