Applied for Eterna via Online and signed via Aadhaar OTP.

When I will get the VKYC Link or Direct Home/Office Verification?

I went through the process and see only Easy card as LTF. Everything else including Eterna are paid options. Decided to pass at the moment

I got eterna as an upgrade of BOB Select card...after multiple emails and communications also it is paid only which I took as having Select is as good as not having. Salary criteria is easily fulfilled but...
Regarding fee...First year fee reversal is easy and planning to spend more than 2.5 lacs to keep it free( though gst payment is a bummer).
Any leads?

I don't think there's much to do. Maybe you can try their escalation routes but doubt they'll budge.

You can also threaten to cancel the card but this may back fire if they accept the cancellation request

When I will expect the cards arrival?

When I need to request them for LTF status?

Apply online through bob website.
Apply card to card and select your best other card with high limit
Enter income more than 30l
In income proof add pdf of other card front photo and its statement.
After you receive the card mail them on crm@bobfinancial.com and ask if your card is LTF
They will reply that its LTF.
It will work for new to bob customers, salaried employees and card to card only. They do both home and office verification.
Though after the devaluation its only good for unlimited domestic lounge access as they are even blocking payzapp wallet loads also

Follow the same as per Jack thread and got Eterna as LTF.

Yes the same didn't gave any income proof only card statement attached which is less than 6L limit Amazon Pay ICICI card. Wondering they are not even ask for VKYC

If you intend to use on payzapp apply for addon if still not applied as they are blocking cards for payzapp use and addon will be handy. If you apply addon along with primary at the time of application you can select separate mobile number but if you apply addon later Otp will come on primary number only
