What is the spends limit to upgrade my Tata Neu to DCB?
Yes it's 5 L in last 6 months. I upgraded my Tata neu infinity to DCB Metal last month by sending request to grievance. I was ready to close my Tata neu infinity & Marriott for DCB Metal.

I spent little above 5 L in past 6 months, and my credit limit was exactly 5 L which is minimum for DCB Metal upgrade, so they reviewed it & upgraded card.

To be honest, I didn't expected they will do it so fast. Within 4-5 working days of request card was showing up on app. And delivered shortly.

Same things happened with me also, I mailed 3rd December for the first time.. but if this is the case then it is a positive sign
congratulations on Inifinia. I too am looking for an upgrade Infinia. hold a DCB card for 5 years with 9.5L limit and spends of more than 9.5L in the last 6 months and wanted to understand the approval process better. I emailed them and they sent me link to a form asking me to download and send with a letter and some accompanying income proof documents to the Chennai address. Wanted to understand a couple of things from you.
1. did you email the upgrade form to escalation.cc@hdfcbank.com or sent it to the Chennai address via courier / speed post?
2. Did you meet the salary criteria of 5L net credit monthly? I don't meet that and was looking for a spend based upgrade on my DCB.
3. I understand you didn't provide any accompanying document, so what box did you check in the upgrade form as income proof?

I have 1L together on Neu Plus and Swiggy if I move all my spends for next 6 months here and cross 5L is there any chance of upgrade. Reason I am asking is CL is just 1L
You need 5 L credit limit for requesting upgrade to DCB Metal along with spends of 5 L plus in past 6 months.

First increase your CL by income documents or wait for auto LE which may take long time.

For infinia, you need minimum 8 L limit along with 10 L spends in past 6 months. They may still ask income documents.

1.Sent it to escalation mail
2.You don’t need any documents or anything if you cross 7.5 lac spends and more than 8 lac limit
3. Just fill the form and don’t check any box for income proof 😊

thanks a lot for the prompt response. one last question - did you also send a signed letter or just the form? I got the below email from them and just observed they needed some signed letter / application as well
We request you to forward the duly filled in form along with the self-attested income / supporting documents accompanied by a signed letter to the below-mentioned address to enable us review your request.
