Hi Friends,

hp pay app load wallet via credit card which card is having zero charges kindly share your experience about the rewards/CB for this transactions.

FYI my holding cards are SC Manhattan, HDFC Regalia, IndusInd Legend and ICICI Apay as well as LTF Coral.

Guys update as of 6th july 2024:
Recently, ICICI has disable fuel transactions on their fastags. DYOR before loading bulk amt in ICICI tags

You need to login to ICICI etoll website using your fastag customer ID and password. It will show up fuel enabled yes or no in one of the tag detail menu options

Sbi cb gave 1% initial days but from February it got stopped
Apay ICICI till now also gives 1%
Hopefully wallet mcc I guess

So does that mean HP Pay Wallet load using Magnus will count towards ER and Monthly milestones?
And since it's not a FUel transaction, there will not be any surcharge rebate, right?

Yes we get Edge Rewards and milestone benefits
No fuel mcc so no extra will be charged/reversed

Is this 0.85% charge shown during the payment or added later in the credit card statement? Because when I trying to load the money the app is not showing any additional charge.

Yes it won’t show while loading sometimes in monthly bill also it won’t appear and to my surprise I didn’t get that extra charges to all my cards other than sbi
So try with ur cards the luck
A luck factor should not be added to product feature that’s why didn’t mentioned

Yes but max limit is 10k load per month of kyc is completed

No I got 1% in December after that I always use Magnus card for Hp loading

I only hold icici credit card no account. Does tag also has a concept of full kyc ? Are there some limits

Yes I have account and fastag both from ICICI so I can load 1l in tag for a month
So far I did upto 17k no hassles

When I used Magnus, the charge was not shown in the payment page

Park plus removed all bank card offers lets see it anything’s possible on first week of June

Like remove and add again

I am facing similar issue in Bangalore , unable to pay at HPCL petrol pumps using HP pay and ICICI Fast tag. After scanning the QR code in HP pay, a 6 digit OTP was supposed to come at my mobile number. Never came after multiple tries. Please advise.

Also couldn’t find any petrol pump in Bangalore city accepting direct Fast tag payments. There is a list mentioned in ICICI web site. Visited 2 of them, don’t accept !!
