I don't think ICICI runs LTF offers. So either if you have savings account and RM assigned to it then ask your RM about any such LTF offer or call customer care.

If you are salaried, They run some offer based on salary threshold you get gemstone cards LTF

If you have a salary account with ICICI and net salary is greater than 1L, you should be able to get Rubyx

If ur salaried and income is 2L per month u can even get sapphiro LTF.

They can give rubyx ltf if salaried income is 1 L per month and your company has a tie-up with icici.
For me they are showing rubyx LTF online. But they rejected my application stating that they only offer LTF to tie-up companies.

How can I get ICICI coral or rubyx credit card for lifetime free ?

I do not have any relationship with icici and no relationship in the past as well. Last year I got a call from icici bank executive stating bank is offering me LTF Rubyx credit card. So, I went to the nearest icici branch, applied the card and received icici rubyx with 4.2L limit and the card is LTF as well
