So, I applied to get my dad's IDFC RMN changed.
Did it on 21st 6pm via IDFC app and mobile/debit card authentication.
Got email/sms on new number and old number that Mobile number has been changed today at 7pm.
Checked INB and yes indeed it shows new number however any debit card trxn I do, it sends OTP on the old number. Not even able to use/register IDFC mobile app on new number. It gives 2 options to register in the app, either via CustID or INB credentials and both ways it says "invalid credentials" error.
What to do?
