INDUSIND ACCOUNT FREEZE

My indusind account was froze 7 mnths back without any reason .
I approached my branch 5-6 times but they didnt take any action then .
The amount in the account was 3lakhs .
In nov starting i registered complaint in RBI ombudsman .
After visiting 2 times in the branch they finally unblocked the account today .
I asked for the compensation for holding fjnds without any reason .
Now bank employee is asking to send an email citing closing of the complaint .
Should i just leave the issue or push for compensation ??
 
First of all why did you allowed them for 7 months to hold your funds? You should have complained the nodal officers. Also should have complained to BO.

Now push them for compensation and don't close it.

I'm currently on the same boat. They are blocking my debit card transactions when my account is active and all the transactions are active as well. The executive officers also don't know what's the reason but I have been mailing them and trying to unblock it as soon as possible. Already threatened them for RBI complaint and now they are doing everyday follow-ups.
 
Actually i was not in my home town and they were asking for kyc documents .
Then after 1 month of account freezing i submitted my docs but they didnt unfreeze .
And i was busy in my work so i was unable to follow this .
Ok i will ask them for compensation .

I was having a RM who does everything instantaneously. After his resignation, everything stalled and no response for anything. Based on complaint, the assistant branch manager came in line and he is following my requirements but not upto the expected level as I need home service for everything..
