I recently purchased tablet in bbd sale on Flipkart. (1st October)
But my spen stop working after 2 days. It works sometimes and sometimes it stops working. The display freeze many times.
I removed back cover and glass also. But still the same problem faced
I visited Samsung service center 3 times, they reinstall the software but still i have the same issue.
What to do now. Can i file consumer complaint against Samsung or Flipkart NOW?
Visit the service centre again ask them to prepare a job sheet citing the product details & defects having in it and make them sign as they have diagnosed the defects and it's true.
Now ask (e-mail communication will be the best to back your case) FK and Samsung for the replacement of same. FK may gonaa say contact service centre, we can't do anything. Ask, Samsung then, if samsung will deny saying 15 days has been passed, you can say you have visited thrice earlier, the fault doesn't lie on part of me, even after saying all this if they deny then follow this:
If you have purchased in BDD, so must have used card for availing card discount. Now submit chargeback claim/dispute to your bank (Card's Issuer) with invoice, conversations with FK & Samsung and also Job Sheet, on the ground of defective product, code 13.3, if Visa is Network Partner. This may takes time longer than expected.
Firstly you will get temporary credit and at last when case will be closed in your favour then it will become permanent credit. But in case if the decision will come against you or merchant, both can challenge it, respective Card Network will come as arbitrator and then make a decision. Losing party in the arbitration may require to pay some fees. And of course, you need to pay for that purchase also.
Alternatively, yes as you asked, you can file consumer complaint also. There are different channels or portal available, before Dispute Redressal Commission and Court. You can try that at the very beginning. See if it can help and then gradually you can proceed further.
You will be required to have patience and perseverance.
