Sbi card wrong status(Solved)

My active SBI CARD account is showing closed in cibil. Contacted customer care and they are not telling me what to do. Any one have same experience ?

Have they changed your primary card too ?
Check in app.sometimes they do so..
If you apply for add on card.

You got your answer.
They have issued you the new primary card too with add on card..
Old one will be marked as closed in cibil.
One more new account with new card number will be reported to cibil and new card open date will be as same as your old card.

So card account age will remain same..
In short it ok..
