Axis Burgundy account experience

I have HDFC Imperia account, IndusInd partner account and Sbi savings account. I have pretty good savings in HDFC and want to diversify to another pvt but established bank and was thinking of Axis Burgundy account becoz of its debit and credit card features. Want to take opinions about axis bank and their services and their offerings.
P.s. I Have IDFC Select credit card so not thinking to open in IDFC Bank

Ok. features including monthly offers, powerful debit and credit cards with good value back

Nothing too amazing.

Powerful debit card that i upgraded to Burgundy Private for free. But i rarely use debit cards.(almost never) ! So kind of useless.

RM assigned is incompetent and useless.

Bank employees are clueless about their own products.

Their dedicated Burgundy direct support line is exceptional though. 10/10 for their knowledge and professional beheviour.

Credit card line is good obviously and being a Burgundy account holder gives you some edge.

If someone already has all the good cards of axis that they need , then i suggest don't go for Burgundy.

I opened account at the time of mastercard ban was lifted. At that time axis was offering both Burgundy and Burgundy Private (on visa infinite platform)

So i upgraded.
It's not available anymore

Nothing, even my approval was fast having no relation with Axis

Keep pushing it to get it through your RM/BM,

As we see on the forum, cards can be obtained after max 3 with special approval and applying.

In your case, you do hold Burgundy account and Select Credit Card comes free with it, so you can easily able to get the needed approval with a PUSH from your side.

Did you do anything out of the ordinary to get a 4th card? If yes, can you share what did you do?

It too tried LTF Myzone as my 4th card but it was rejected , reason being i recently got axis cards. Vistara on Dec 28th (online) and Magnus on Jan 27th (offline C2C). Hope is still there , just have to wait minimum 3 months

Logged in today to see my Burgundy has ben downgraded to Prime for non-maintenance. Closed Burgundy Debit and applied for Delight debit card.
