Has anyone converted MyZone from paid to ltf on call with CSR

Anyone had any success CONVERTING MyZone from Chargeable to LTF over Call with customer care? It yes then what was the key point for them to convert it.

Yes.

For me, the conversion happened in just one call. I just told him that the limits provided to me is quite low and I am sharing it with 3 cards. After a hold, he said that they would credit some reward points. After hearing this, I became adamant and told him that I would rather cancel the card as paying 590 yearly for a basic card doesnt make sense and I hold other paid cards with axis. After a 2 mins hold, he said that he would make it LTF and gave a service request number. The myzone card is now LTF.
