HDFC Savings Account and Credit Card Merge

I've a max savings account and OG MONEYBACK PLUS credit card, which I am using since 4+ months, but the credit card was not merged with the savings account. Contacted hdfc CC through Twitter, but of no use. Can anyone help me to sort this out.

Your credit card and bank account are linked to different numbers?

Add card through netbanking, there's option.

There is 💯. I have added new and removed old/closed cards multiple times.

Login HDFC netbanking, and on left side you will see many options for credit card. One of them is add/remove credit card.
You need to provide full 16 digits, expiry and pin of card along with OTP to validate. That's it.

Add card option is 100% not present in new UI HDFC net banking.
Please remove your card from earlier net banking login ( if any ). After that email the grievance redressal email to merge both accounts in single login.

Yes, exactly... It was not there in the new net banking UI. I'll try the email route
