I raised ticket AXCCCUG84759 with Travel Edge for a flight change. I received an email requesting payment for the amendment, and I immediately asked for the payment link. I received the link within a minute and made the payment right away. However, I’m now being asked to pay again.How many times do we need to contact customer care? This is a complete waste of time. I've already called and informed you that the payment has been made, yet you are sending me the payment link again.
I have made the payment again, as requested. After this frustrating experience, I will not be using Travel Edge again due to the poor customer service and disappointing experience.
