Most PSU Banks follow the same path. Just like Canara Bank Debit Cards- everyone assumes that it's FYF and people thinking to block the card before 1st year renewal- Canara debited ₹177 for every card hotlisted.

Similar situation may be followed by BOB too.

In my case, the branch employee issued a wrong card variant first and it got generated. Ended up blocking it in a day. But then again if they debit its fees 3 months later, that's another fight.

Just read the news that there is some issue in terms of the KYC process used by BOB to onboard customers to the BOB world app. I think BOB is suspended from onboarding any new customers on the app now

Online/Bob world app se naya account nahi khol paega Temporarily. Purane customers continue kar sakte hain app use karna.

No. Neither mentioned as such anywhere

On the front page if you click your A/c no., it won't work.
You need to go to MORE and in Explore section you will find "My Account" then keep going inside and you will find A/C variant and MA, QAB details.
Earlier this option wasn't working for me, now it's working.

Update: Completed two trips in a week. Previously all my experience was limited to Ola, but this is different and in fact bit surprising 🙂

Both the times, got very clean ciaz and courteous driver, water bottle, lays chips. At least two calls in each trip about the updates and status. Though car is ciaz, overall experience was like a VIP treatment, may not be at that level, but still very good.

And all this for little to no expense. So some what thinking, this may not last long 🙂
