No, the link just asks for information to send to the branch, so that they can call you and ask you to visit the branch

yes, its only once per qtr. My travel was on September 27th and then October 1st. So both the dates falls in different quarter 🙂

I told him that i need visa signature male dc. In return He asked, sapphire debit card!!!
After That he tried and told me that this scheme code 194 is not included for sapphire debit card. That's recent change bob made 1 week before.
so I think now we can't get sapphire dc on professional account. Although He is able to apply 2nd Select rupay dc.

Select "Yes" for Have you received any reply from the entity , and add a date
The rule for ombudsman is either you need to wait 30 days from a response or you are not satisfied with the response .

If you have mailed BOB and received an unsatisfactory response use that date

Update
So withing 2 days of my Ombudsman complain
Got a call from my local branch BM , he apologized for the inconvenience caused , he has applied for the Visa Sapphire Debit card from backend and the card should reach within next 10-15 days
And for Rupay select he asked to wait till I get the Visa Sapphire DC , post that he would apply for the Rupay Select DC.
As a good gesture , BOB offered nill joining fees on Sapphire Debit card and most probably nill JF for Rupay Select.
Will update once I get the card.

However I have a query regarding the airport pic and drop
Does the conceirge provide SUV/MUV for 6 person with luggage ?
Or it is only limited to hatchbacks or Sedans ?

Update after complaint to Ombudsman- As informed by the bank the complainant is not eligible for the requested card. Cards are issued as per the internal norms, not providing a requested type of card cannot be termed as deficiency in services. The complaint is therefore rejected and closed.
