Process of file comlpain on bob :-

Complaint already made 1 week ago through that link. They shamelessly closed the complaint next day with comments "mail your concern to debitcard@bankofbaroda.com". Then complaint was reopened by account holder citing problem not solved, and email also sent to that mail id.

Next day again complaint closed with comments "visit base branch".

Also, nobody bothered to reply from that dc email id. Forget reply, not even an acknowledgement of email came.

After that yesterday branch visit was done and what happened at branch I already narrated here.

Are all issues resolved now?
Can we open the account and apply debit card online?
Can we downgrade the account to 2k MAB variant after a few months without issues?
Is there any cheaper way to get airport transfer? What other options we have?
 
Good News Friends! Visa Sapphire Card is now showing in app. As per info from branch person, all 3 cards are LTF on 10k MAB maintenance.
If you want to apply, tell branch person to select VISA SIGN MALE / FEMALE on their dashboard, it is the VIsa Sapphire Card. BIN is same for both and branding is different as kind and queen logo on physical card.

For Airport Pickup and Drop card is needed to be in hand or just the card number is sufficient? I mean I requested the DC just now. Have a family member's trip upcoming on 2nd June taking a ride from airport to home so if can use this DC then it would be helpful.

card not needed to be in hand. card number is sufficient to book.
