How to change HDFC Platinum DC to Rupay Platinum DC

Now that HDFC has done away with the cashback for credit card payments, I would like to change my debit card to Rupay network since I see a couple of benefits,
1 domestic lounge (airport or railway) per quarter without spend based criteria, and 2 international lounges per year. It also works on Rupay platinum offers on Swiggy and BMS.

Has anyone gotten then HDFC debit card network changed from Visa to Rupay or know how to?
