I have applied the same as I was already using BOB ICAI variant they are offering me Eterna as Additional card but it is showing as Chargeable card. How should I confirm whether it is chargeable or LTF

Apply online through bob website.
Apply card to card and select your best other card with high limit
Enter income more than 30l
In income proof add pdf of other card front photo and its statement.
After you receive the card mail them on crm@bobfinancial.com and ask if your card is LTF
They will reply that its LTF.
It will work for new to bob customers, salaried employees and card to card only. They do both home and office verification.
Though after the devaluation its only good for unlimited domestic lounge access as they are even blocking payzapp wallet loads also

@jack333 I have an ITR of 30 lakh + and hold BOB Premier Rupay LTF (2 lakh limit) another is one card LTF (BOB issued 4.5 lakh limit) can I get Premier upgraded to LTF Eterna? If yes what is the process to follow?

witthin 30 days of inactivity due to rbi guidelines card will be cancelled

Update: Vkyc completed today. Now its time to hope for best!

I had applied 2 weeks back. No update. reached their CRM team and according to them. The verification is pending from the local field team. Emailed the local team, and they said, they have processed it from their end. No VKYC/EKYC has happened. Only the Aadhar authentication while applying.

I got email to upload Card Statement & ITR / Bank Statement again. I am not salaried person. So, i uploaded ITR. I dont think they will issue me eterna. Card statement is also 3.56 lac limit.

They had asked me to send all KYC documents including card statements and card pics which I did in the email. and now It's 14 days past that and there is no update.
You will have to upload either the ITR or Card statement. I don't think there is any other way.

In the last received link, there is option to upload ITR + Card statement. So i have uploaded both. Lets see what happens next.

Still in the Game! Received this email now to submit credit card photo. Earlier uploaded front side photo along with CC statement together in one pdf. Now sent separately. Lets see if i get success in getting Eterna LTF.

Got SMS. Card approved. Now waiting for CL and other details message. then will email them about LTF.
NO VKYC or EKYC.
