Jio Recharge plan Hike

I still have old vouchers of 749 and 666 in my account which I purchased before plan hike

Bumping up this thread. I have 4 numbers in my family. All of these numbers were in the Rs 1559 yearly plan (336 days) with unlimited 5G.
Now that they have increased this plan rate to 1899 and also removed unlimited 5G, which is the next best annual plan to recharge with unlimited 5G?
I see Rs 3599 for 365 days, 2.5GB per day is a good plan, which has 5G also. Any other suggestions?

Also, which credit card or app to use to purchase this? Total amount will be around Rs 14400/-.

Airtel CC - 10% upto 250 using airtel app but need to set your billing accordingly that only 1 number is recharged each month for max benefits.

Ace - 5%

Amazon Pay GV - 5% using HDFC Swiggy CC(Hit/Miss)

Amazon Pay GV - 5% using SBI CB CC (Hit/Miss)

3-4% off using JioPosLite app guaranteed but can't use CC as they charge additional charges for CC/DC. Don't try using Rupay CC also there is a daily limit that gets temporarily used when txn fails.

Amazon Pay ICICI CC - 2% last option.

JioPosLite has daily limit specific to each individual like I have 10k per day limit to add money for recharge.

Now if I try adding 3599*2 : 7198–3%(discount) = 6983

Now if I pay ₹6983 using Paytm and select IDFC Rupay CC then the txn will fail as they've blocked Rupay CC also the option only appears something though....

So ₹6983 will get temporary blocked form ₹10k JioPosLite limit I can now add only 3017 until next 45-60 mins. So if it's an urgent recharge then you can get stalled.

So you mean to say, when there is a txn failure, the limit of 10k is getting affected as it doesn't get restored automatically.

It takes 45-60 mins which may affect to some users who needs to recharge instantly and who has used the limit extensively before that day.

Thank you

YES.

I have Jio posplus as well but never used. My JioPosLite and JioPosPlis are interlinked, mine was self registered so there are low commission and low limits agents registered by company have higher cashback/commission and limits.

Leftover limit I mean for eg if you've used 1899 from 10k already then the available limit will be affected.

Some users/New registrations have ₹5k limit. Limit is user specific I can't guarantee that...

Got it, thanks.

Never registered, thought to register once but dropped the plan but will see in future depends upon mood. 🤣

Thanks for the options, also Is there any 5% cb for Tata Neu infinity card using Tata Neu app? I am exploring.

I am also waiting for my annual recharge plan to expire on 19th Dec in one jio number 2999 plan. will check whether any protection plan is there for me or not as per TRAI 6 month rule. If jio follow the rule then it should be there till 3rd Jan 2025. I am also considering 1899 plan but recharge is an issue.

I am doubtful. If I recharge from elsewhere other than the Jio app or website using Reqardz points, it may not accept them. In the process, I might lose my rewards points, too. That's the dilemma.

JIO toh apne apko TRAI se upar samjhta hay aur TRAI apne aap ko bekar.

1899 Recharge plan is only available on Jio app or Jioposlite here you can get 3-4% discount as per your account.

It's also available on Snapay but not sure if it will benefit in any way or what....

My query/doubt is if I pay 1899 (direct amount of recharge) using reward points in SBI rewardz app/web or AU rewardz app/web in that case whether my recharge will be successful or not?
Has anyone did the trial and error before?

Tata Neu infinity is also an option for 5%

Still, 899 for 90 days is better than 10% offer of airtel. With 100 back effective price will be 799. About 12.5% return. Annual cost also will be 3196 much lower than 3599.
Ya that can be done I suggested cards according to ₹3599 plan that he asked....
