New design for Amex MRCC

What reason are you guys giving for a replacement card? Or is it no question asked?
Just requested for a replacement asking them to retain old card details. They never charge for card replacement. I have done it in the past. I think at most card cvv changes.

I have asked them to replace as it's damaged that's it. No one cares beyond that. I also asked them to send the new card with updated deisgn. Now lets wait and watch what happens. I will update here.

Can I request the card on some other address or I have to update the address first with documents?
Btw How to request for the replacement quickly and easily so that card details don't change?
There is an option for card replacement in the app itself, just select that. Give the reason as card damaged, then your details won't be changed. No need of even talking to any customer care..
