SBI credit card blocked for 22 days

Hello everyone

I wanted to get advice from my fellow Credit card enthusiasts. My SBI cashback credit card was blocked on Dec 12 after I tried to make a transaction on the SBI YONO website. Ever since I have tried contacting SBI support via email/call / Zonal officers / Customer service heads but whenever I connect to them they say it will be unblocked in 3-4 days, but that never happens.

I want to know how to fix this problem, and how I complain about SBI so that they actually listen and solve my problem. Please advice.

When ever my card block i got instant call or if not then customer care person unblock instantly after some verification told them card block during purchase on SBI Yono Gyftr with last transaction Amount
They will definitely unblock it
Yesterday i do that & unblock it instantly
But i am not able to buy voucher for some time then after it work perfectly

Yesterday i do that & unblock it instantly
But i am not able to buy voucher for some time then after it work perfectly

some people gave advice that open your SBI cards app and then attempt gyftr transaction. (I don't know how keeping open SBI card app and doing transaction will help) If it gets blocked wait for say 2-3 min you will get call to unblock it. Once unblocked don't attempt another transaction for 24 hrs.

some people gave advice that open your SBI cards app and then attempt gyftr transaction. (I don't know how keeping open SBI card app and doing transaction will help) If it gets blocked wait for say 2-3 min you will get call to unblock it. Once unblocked don't attempt another transaction for 24 hrs.
I did the same and able to transact after 24 hrs successfully.

Before month i do transaction after the unblock it was successful i did't wait but yesterday i got some error but it was successful after 2-3 H &
do not buy Gyftr after 8PM - 8AM because you don't get call for unblock and i heard also you can't contact the customer care also this info share by @jack333

If you don't receive the unblock call then contact the customer care they will unblock it instantly

After seeing this and cashback reversal problems, I think its better to stay away from SBI Cards.

My card was blocked for almost a month. Got unblocked after complaining to rbi. The reason they gave is you had changed your mobile number @Dragon_slayer

In my case, I also changed my number to a JIO number as it was getting expensive to reach their customer support team each time. I have raised a complaint to RBI, lets see now.

Btw, how much time did it took for you to get unblocked after the RBI complaint ?

So can we say its general practice by SBI that if we change our mobile number and attempt any transaction. SBI will block our credit cards? or this is specific to cashback card only issue?
