Accor plus renewal using points

Hi All,

Can we renew accor plus membership ship using points? If we let the membership expire and join again, will it be considered as new membership and can join using points?

My accor plus expires this month, I have 10+status nights and renewal will take me to gold. However I don't have any plans for stay for next 3 months. If status nights will not expire, it makes sense to join membership again on December.

points renewal are expensive.. Its better u buy it with any Good CC which gives u benefits. Accor Plus you do it now or in dec does not matter as its not based on calendar year.
