Axis notice due to non personal usage Magnus

I recieved an email stating due to non personal usage my rewards have been stopped and asking for clarification of transactions.
I use the card to run ads as my current account is also with axis and I freelance.

What to do?

Urgent help required as I have some 75k points in the account and I don't want to lose the card as well.
 
Anything mentioned about using personal cards for business spends in magnus MITC document?
Not sure. But if the current ac is linked to the same customer ID and it is a proprietorship, would that still be an issue? Any idea how this can be solved?

no idea. only option, submit proofs that these are personal spends else apply any other reward card from axis immediately and keep your points. anycase, most probably you'll close this card.

Block and replace seem to unlock points temporarily for some folks. Not sure if it is fixed or still working. If it works, transfer everything and then forget Axis.

I have an active priviledge card but any attempt to redeem points is throwing an error. I dont wish to close the card as it is currently my highest limit card. Yes it is the normal Magnus.

So get the magnus replaced? Do they close the card if the invoices are shared and they think it to be business transactions?

find a way to redeem the points. you're done with that card, bank won't let you use that card. at this point you need to focus on 75k points

Replacing card seems to be an option given. Has anyone tried it? Will have to give it a shot.

Can we edit the name on the invoices maybe so it seems to be a personal expense? Anyways it is a personal ad account.

No dont do record modifications
Lost card option try and once new card shown on app try redeem

Tried. Didnt work. Seems they've patched it. Any other solution maybe?
 
Tried replacing and redeeming for instant vouchers. Redeemption didnt go through :/
Any other way out maybe? I should be getting some 25k points in a day or 2 as bonus as well 🙁
If that card replace trick patched then no way for time being
Close the current card and after 180 days apply and get same they will enable same cif its a try only not sure the resultant
