What is minimum limit required to updare card in coral, rubyx or emerald?

Why don't you take LTF Rubyx instead of Coral then?

Coral is my first credit card and other 2 are also 3 years old. If I close coral card then my CIBIL score will decrease.

You are right, don't close any old Credit Card but upgrade always which will retain the history.
